WARNINGS

  • The Heavenly Scents Company are in no way liable for any damage or injury that occurs due to the misuse of our products or through a failure to fully comply with the advice and warnings provided. Customers should not make a purchase unless they are willing to accept this legislation.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Burn candle out of reach of children and pets.

  • Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.

  • Always burn on a flame resistant surface.

  • Do not burn candles in reach of anything that can catch fire.

  • Do not place candles in a draught.

  • Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out.

  • Keep the wax pool clear of debris to avoid flaring - this includes the dried flowers.

  • Allow candle to fully cool before touching or moving.

  • Be aware, the tin container can become hot during burning.

 

 IRRITANTS

  • Fragrance may cause skin and eye irritation if direct contact occurs.

  • Always check the individual label/tag with each candle for the exact ingredients and possible irritants.

  • Do not consume.

  • Do not directly inhale the burning vapours as this may cause respiratory irritation.

ADVICE

  • As this candle is made from soy wax, the burn should be clean but trimming wick to about 1 cm before each use avoids mushrooming and carbon deposits on the tin.

  • Burn  time: approx. 24hours. 

  • Burn for at least 3 hours during each use to reduce tunnelling and until melt pool covers full diameter on first burn.

  • As each candle is hand-made and hand-poured, slight differences may occur in composition and appearance.

  • You have 14 days to return your candle to us - unused and in a re-sellable condition - for a full refund (excluding postage) if it is not as you were expecting or is no longer required.

  • Candles that have been lit or altered in any way by the customer cannot be returned. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we would welcome your written feedback via email or post to help us maintain our product quality and service.
