WAX MELT SAFETY

WARNINGS

The Heavenly Scents Company are in no way liable for any damage or injury that occurs due to the misuse of our products or through a failure to fully comply with the advice and warnings provided. Customers should not make a purchase unless they are willing to accept this legislation.
Never leave a burning tea light and melted wax unattended.
Melt out of reach of children and pets.
Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles o tea lights.
Always melt on a flame resistant surface using a purpose made plate/stand.
Do not melt in reach of anything that can catch fire.
Do not place tea lights and melts in a draught.
Always snuff out the tea light. Do not blow out.
Allow melted wax to fully cool before touching or moving.

IRRITANTS

Fragrance may cause skin and eye irritation if direct contact occurs.
Wash hands after handing.
Always check the individual label/tag with each wax melt for the exact ingredients and possible irritants.
Do not consume.
Do not directly inhale the fragranced vapours as this may cause respiratory irritation.

ADVICE

Melted scent throw: approx. 7 hours.
Due to fragrance concentration, it should only be necessary to melt one cube at a time.
Store below 22 oC.
As each wax melt is hand-made and hand-poured, slight differences may occur in composition and appearance.

You have 14 days to return your melts to us - unused and in a re-sellable condition - for a full refund (excluding postage) if they are not as you were expecting or are no longer required.
Melts that have been used or altered in any way by the customer cannot be returned. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we would welcome your written feedback via email or post to help us maintain our product quality and service.
